After a delay in delivery I called up the customer service line, a brief wait and then spoke to a very friendly and helpful gent (Joe I believe) after my query everything was checked and double checked to resolve the issue which was a slight mishap with their new order system, on top of this my next day delivery was refunded to me, top notch service.

Purchased an asg Evo from patrol base. The gun worked perfectly for all of 3 games, then failed. After sending my gun back to patrol to have it fixed, I received my gun weeks later in seemingly working order. After 1 game the gun then failed again. After removing the quick release spring, another screw fell out with it. Clearly one of the "technicians" forgot to do it up. Not even worth sending the gun back as I'm sure it'll come back with more faults and a 2 month wait.

Brilliant customer service. Order had been lost at first and they made sure to compensate me with a gift card for the hassle and also dispatch my new order within minutes. Mistakes happen and it was a lovely gesture on their part.
Would recommend.

Patrol Base was very supportive in helping me get the correct clothing size I needed, after I measuring myself.

I wasn't sure because of the Sizing being different for certain parts of my body.

They were very helpful and my products arrived without issue, Thanks to them going the extra mile checking there warehouses in order to make sure that it was all good

All items ordered were in stock and delivered quickly, will definitely be ordering from them again

Have brought a few guns from these guys and only had a problem with one that after a quick chat on the phone, the issue was dealt with and a replacement was with me in a couple of days of me returning the faulty part.
My wife brought me a gun for birthday but messed up on the postage but the guys sorted it and it arrived a few days early.

I waited a fair while on the phone in a queue to speak to someone about my order. Whwn I got to the front of the queue, I was greeted in the most kind and polite way and not what I was expecting given how busy they were. I needed a order sorting out for me and the man dealing with me assured me that he would do his best.
The order was sorted out in quick time and I am very happy with the results and service. I would not hessitate to recommend PB to anyone.

Amazing quality gun, came 10 days earlier than expected. Nothing damaged all perfect condition. Everytime i had a question they would look into it and email back really quickly.

I’ve bought loads of bits from patrol base, mostly a good experience.

2 of the 3 guns I have bought from them have been faulty and although it took a little bit of chasing they have gone out of their way to arrange repairs for the faulty items.

I have ordered 2 guns from here and lots of accessories. All of them are high quality and easy to use. The two tone service is very good and fast. The returns I have made have been very easy and a quick process due to the very good customer service. Definitely will shop here again.

Ordered a fair bit from here. By fair bit, I mean every gun I own. Delivery has always been ahead of time. Recently purchased an M1918 BAR. It has some very (I mean very) minor damage, a crack inside the plastic casing below handle. I have emailed just to check whether it’s going to affect the use of the gun - I doubt it and to be honest, it’s more than likely the courier rather than the company, because of the plastic, it’s probably been banged about on the way to me,as we all know how delicate couriers handle things :D - 5/5 because I’ve had zero issues with them and everything has been great.

Ordered items, everything I wanted was in stock!!! Came very fast as well…….couldn’t have asked for more. Will definitely be using again, probably several times lol

Patrolbase has always been my go to shop for anything airsoft - whilst sometimes they have stocking problems - this is a good sign.

With the recent search bar implementation I do find it a lot harder to navigate the site as it is a little bit slow and doesn't respond well on mobile.

Cons:

Shipping to the Isle of Man is £18.99 so buying a small order is not viable.

Some items are constantly out if stock even when general supply and demand is good.

The Klarna Finance option won't work on the Isle of Man. Would be good to see an all round finance option.

Search bar implementation is buggy and slow.
